Boil 3 cups of water on your stove top. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and one bag of Fusilli pasta to the boiling water. Boil the pasta for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain pasta and toss in a pasta sauce that contains no added sugar.
